CasaPeek is for people who already know what they're looking for, or are actively browsing listings themselves, and just need someone reliable on the ground to see the property and tell them the truth, fast.
If something looks off or too good to be true, you'll hear it straight away, before you waste any time on it.
We visit, film a walkthrough, take photos, and send you a detailed report with a checklist and clear instructions for submitting an offer.
What we don't do: represent you, negotiate your contract, or handle your paperwork.
You stay in control of the decisions. We handle the legwork. That's why it's fast and affordable.

Single Visit
What you get:
1. Kick off call (Whatsapp/Zoom) to get to know you and understand exactly what you need.
2. Tailored checklist. We have a standard template that can be adjusted to your needs.
3. Property screening and viewing.
4. Report delivery - within 24 hours after the appointment, you will receive:

Checklist with our comments, contacts and instructions for placing an offer

Important: We need to receive payment on our account before the appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
12 hours before the scheduled visit: full refund.
Less than 12 hours before the scheduled visit: no refund
4-weeks Search

What you get:
1. Kick off call (Whatsapp/Zoom) to get to know you and understand exactly what you need.
2. Daily list of available properties meeting your criteria. We will combine portals, agencies and connections.
3. We will screen the properties over the phone before adding them to the list, to make sure they meet your requirements (example: pets accepted, furnished/not furnished..)
4. Important: Search only service. Visiting the properties is not included and needs to be requested separately at a discounted price.
